Training of CHWs & Peer Educators

Program Description

Build capacity of Community Health Workers and teachers to deliver accurate SRH information. Refresher courses on SRH, cancer prevention, and GBV management.

Through evidence-based clinical protocols and collaborative community relations, we deploy specialized health practitioners and volunteers directly to underserved sites. We address the root socioeconomic and cultural causes of health disparity, working hand-in-hand with administrative partners to build lasting local capacity.

Key Core Interventions

  • Organize regular workshops for Community Health Workers
  • Provide visual/digital teaching tools to educators
  • Train school teachers to notice signs of early pregnancy or GBV
  • Evaluate training outcomes via community surveys

Target Beneficiaries

This program focuses on reaching vulnerable and marginalized demographics within the community, providing specialized, stigma-free support services.
